Poh Group’s property development arm is involved in building construction and real estate investment mainly in Singapore.

Poh Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd. had previously developed an Industrial B1 project on Harvey Road but subsequently sold the project together with an approved plan, to a local construction company.  Poh Holdings has also developed and sold several landed residential projects on Astrid Hill, Mount Sinai Road, Watten Estate, Merryn Road  and Cassia Drive.

Poh Group is involved in the development of advance aquaculture farming techniques in China.

Poh Group has a joint venture with Mr TK Lim, founder of Lim Shrimp Organisation, which developed the world’s largest single location shrimp farm 2.5 times the size of Singapore supported more than 400,000 farmers in Indonesia under Dipasena Indonesia, to develop a coastal seafood farming project north of Shanghai in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, China.  Backed by seven years of Research and Development, this aquaculture project aims to develop high-technology farming for seafood including fish, crab, lobster, sea worm, shrimp and other shell fish. TK Lim’s family is also founder of the large conglomerate PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk in Indonesia with interest in one of the largest tyre manufacturing companies in China and Indonesia.
